  • Location: In close proximity to Pondicherry, in Vanur Taluk between two National Highways (Tindivanam – Pondicherry Road and Chennai – Pondicherry ECR after Marakkanam)
  • 500 acres is demarcated as an Electronic Manufacturing Cluster, which will be allocated and developed as Non-polluting manufacturing/assembly units and IT Parks.
  • The remainder area will consist of an International Residential Township, a convention centre, educational institutions, a super-speciality hospital, and a golf course.
TOFL- ORR Integrated Township
  • Project Extent: 150 acres
  • Location: In Padappai village near Tambaram, in close proximity to the Outer Ring Road, on the Chennai – Oragadam National Highway.
  • Largest Resi led Township in Chennai, consisting of villas, apartments, school, commercial buildings and plotted development.

  • Location: Pathanamthitta, Central Travancore area of Kerala
  • 200 acres is demarcated as an Electronic Manufacturing Cluster [including Center of Excellence, Incubation center and Innovation hub, R&D centres, Residential facilities], which will be allocated and developed as Non-polluting manufacturing/assembly units and IT Parks.
  • The remainder area will consist of a Mall, a Hotel and convention centre, educational institutions, a super-speciality hospital, E-commerce fulfilment center and a Sports centre.

  • Project Extent: 941 acres
  • Project Concept: Business Park & Integrated Township consisting of hotels, IT parks, Logistics park, Educity, Med city, Convention centre, Commercial and Residential buildings.
