- 500 acres is demarcated as an Electronic Manufacturing Cluster, which will be allocated and developed as Non-polluting manufacturing/assembly units and IT Parks.

- Project Extent: 150 acres
- Location: In Padappai village near Tambaram, in close proximity to the Outer Ring Road, on the Chennai – Oragadam National Highway.
- Largest Resi led Township in Chennai, consisting of villas, apartments, school, commercial buildings and plotted development.

- Location: Pathanamthitta, Central Travancore area of Kerala
- 200 acres is demarcated as an Electronic Manufacturing Cluster [including Center of Excellence, Incubation center and Innovation hub, R&D centres, Residential facilities], which will be allocated and developed as Non-polluting manufacturing/assembly units and IT Parks.
- The remainder area will consist of a Mall, a Hotel and convention centre, educational institutions, a super-speciality hospital, E-commerce fulfilment center and a Sports centre.
